PACKAGE CONTENTS
1. 01_Fabrication_Plan.pdf
Four-page dimensioned plan, stencil geometry, and painting sequence.

2. 02_Red_Stripe_Stencil.svg
Exact-size vector geometry for the seven red stripes.

3. 03_Blue_Canton_Stencil.svg
Exact-size vector geometry for the blue field.

4. 04_White_50_Star_Stencil.svg
   Exact-size 50-star vector geometry in a 9-row 6/5 alternating layout.

KEY DIMENSIONS
Block face: 15.625 in x 7.500 in
Stripe height: 0.576923 in
Blue canton: 6.250 in x 4.038462 in
Star tip-to-tip diameter: 0.440 in
Star arrangement: 6/5/6/5/6/5/6/5/6 = 50 stars

RECOMMENDED PAINT ORDER
1. Clean and dry the block.
2. Apply exterior masonry/concrete bonding primer.
3. Paint the entire face WHITE; two thin coats.
4. Use the red-stripe stencil and apply RED.
5. After the red cures, apply BLUE using the canton stencil.
6. After the blue cures, apply WHITE through the 50-star stencil.
7. Touch up only where necessary.
8. After full cure, apply matte exterior masonry sealer if desired.

3D-PRINT / FABRICATION NOTES
- SVG geometry is intended for CAD import and fabrication.
- Confirm imported dimensions before printing or cutting.
- Suggested reusable plastic stencil thickness: approximately 1.5-2.0 mm.
- A perimeter frame or registration lip can be added for repeatability.
- Concrete blocks vary. Measure several actual blocks before designing a slip-over registration frame.
- A starting clearance of about 1/16 in per side is reasonable for a test fit.
- For wood, plastic sheet, CNC, or laser-cut fabrication, preserve enough material between openings for stiffness.
- On rough concrete, use a nearly dry stencil brush or foam pouncer. Heavy/wet paint will bleed under the stencil.

IMPORTANT
The PDF includes 1:1 geometry where noted, but printer scaling can alter physical dimensions.
For fabrication, use the SVG files and verify the 15.625 in x 7.500 in reference dimensions in CAD before manufacture.

Designed as a reusable stencil system for repeated American-flag cinder-block painting.
