Sinker’s Workshop Leather Works

Made to
earn its
marks.

Hand-cut, stitched, and finished pieces built for daily use. This is the working record behind them—the design, the material, the process, and what the next one will teach.

The standard

Good leather gets better by being used.

The goal is not to keep a piece flawless. It is to choose honest material, make every cut and stitch count, and build something that develops character instead of wearing out.

The bench

Three kinds of work.

Projects will be organized by how they are used, with enough detail to make the next version better.

01

Carry

Wallets, card sleeves, notebook covers, and the small pieces that become part of an everyday rhythm.

02

Field

Sheaths, cases, straps, and durable shop or outdoor gear made to protect the tools worth carrying.

03

Workshop

Patterns, leather choices, hardware, stitching methods, finishes, mistakes, and improvements worth recording.

Project 001

The first documented build

Photos, dimensions, leather, hardware, thread, tools, process notes, and the finished result will live here.

Pattern library

Build it again—better

Reusable patterns and revision notes will turn one-off projects into a useful workshop archive.

In development

A maker’s record

Leather. Thread. Edge. Hardware. Time.

Each project entry will record the choices that matter: hide and weight, thread and stitch spacing, edge treatment, hardware, pattern version, hours at the bench, and what I would change.
